ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

All of my jewelry is made to order. Once I receive your order I will immediately get started on it. However every piece of jewelry is hand made one at a time with love. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your jewels to be handcrafted prior to being shipped to you. Every item is shipped USPS Ground Advantage unless indicated otherwise. 

Please note, it is “not” possible to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Rock and Roll Designs is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or International shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please click one of the following link: USPS Claims Support

Standard shipping 

  • Orders take 1 to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse.

International Shipping

  • Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via USPS and will vary in rates. Standard shipping orders take 1 to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse.  We do not currently offer Free Shipping on International orders.  Free Shipping is only available for orders placed within the continental United States.
  • USPS International Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you choose this option and enter a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail International. Please refer to USPS international service disruptions here.  
  • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs duties, fees, or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

For Lost or Stolen Packages : Please track your shipments, as Rock and Roll Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on any confirmed delivery.  

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

You are responsible for verifying the shipping address and may be charged in case of invalid address.

RETURNS

All sales are final.

All custom orders are final sale.
All sale and discounted items are final sale.

  • Any altered jewelry is final sale.Orders that have used a promo/coupon code are final sale.
  • Please make sure that you measure your wrist correctly before you place your order.
  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your product from the confirmed delivery date if you have any issues.
  • The product must be unused/unopened and sent back to us prior to processing an exchange.
  • All exchanged items must be unworn, and undamaged, in the originally packaging (NO Exceptions).
  • Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipment should you decide to exchange your item.
  • You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we “do not” guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Discount code

It is the customers responsibility to “add” the desired code while checking out. If a customer forgets we will offer a one time Gift Card (at our discretion) of the allotted amount.
